Ezra Bakker Trupiano - Audio Producer & Editor
I was a storyteller before I even knew what stories were.
My mom loves to talk about how, when I was four years old, I would spend hours regaling her with the dramatic trials and tribulations of each and every one of my stuffed animals. Thirty years later, I'm still telling stories.
These days I tell stories through audio and visual formats, primarily as an audio and video editor and producer.

For me, aural storytelling is about finding the balance between engaging narrative and immersive soundscape. Visual storytelling is all about using elements within a scene to convey the thoughts and energy that resonates with the narrative.
​
After over 10+ years in the industry, I'm fluent using audio and video editing software including Protools, Audition, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign, Descript to develop stories with collaborators.
Below you can find the history of my formal education, however, many of the most important lessons I have learned have come from many years of working in the field.

One such lesson is the importance of bringing passion and an open-minded approach to every project I am a part of. This is something I strive to do both as a professional, and as an individual.
